Biography:
Michelle Ronfeldt, RHIT, is the Founder and Chief Revenue Protection Advisor of ARPro Medical. She brings 27 years of healthcare experience, with a background spanning medical coding, auditing, compliance, denials, provider education, and revenue integrity.
Her experience includes professional and outpatient coding, medical necessity reviews, appeals, and application of NCCI edits, LCDs, NCDs, and payer coverage policies. Michelle focuses on the point where clinical care, documentation, coding, and coverage rules meet, helping organizations understand why a medically appropriate service can still deny or later face recoupment.
Through ARPro Medical, she works with independent physician practices to strengthen documentation, reduce preventable denials, and protect revenue that has already been earned.
